If I receive a faulty or damaged packaged product from whoamiandwhyamihere.com, what should I do?
A quality check for packaging and shipping is compiled by us for the customer’s satisfaction. If there is anything found improper with the products provided by us we will certainly resolve it.

If any product shipped to you is in faulty/damaged condition, please e-mail the images of the product as soon as you open it then mail the damaged or faulty product to us. When we receive the product we will send you the replacement order. If the product is out of stock we will at once refund the amount to you.

If I have to return the product ordered from whoamiandwhyamihere.com, how can I do that?
You can also return the shipment, if unopened, for a refund although would not refund shipping charges.
